RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the intimate nature of this product, we do not give refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason. We do not accept returns. 

Please email us with any questions prior to making a purchase. Please read the full descriptions for the product you are interested in purchasing. Any unauthorized returns will be returned to you. Please read all disclosures and FAQs prior to making a purchase. We do not offer any warranties or repairs. All products are also non-refundable, exchangeable, or returnable. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

SHIPPING POLICY

Your order's tracking number can be found by checking your emails for order notifications from the website, or by logging into your account and viewing your order for the latest tracking information.

 

We also don't offer expedited shipping at the moment. If you need your order by a certain date, we ask that you place your order 14 business days prior to that time.

 

If you find your order has not been delivered in this time window, please email us at dvinebeauty@dvinebody.com with your order number so we could further assist you.

Services Policy

All Packages and Services must be completed within 30 days of booking when applicable.

Possible rebooking fee for NO Call No show.

All packages and services are non-refundable.

If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed for additional assistance.
